1. WIDE-LEG JEANS
The great thing about wide-leg jeans is that they make your legs look loads longer, and it’s a style that fits everyone’s body type…In other words, the opposite of skinny jeans. Plus, they look so chic when paired with a classic trench coat. Whether casual or dressy, wide-leg jeans need to find their way into your closet as soon as possible.
Tip: Wide-leg doesn’t mean slouchy. Make sure they’re nicely fitted on waist and hips.

2. FUNKY SWEATERS
Gone are the days of boring sweaters that are pulled on just to keep warm. Everything sweater related from the cardigan to sweater vests to sweater dresses in both basic and bold designs is making a fashion statement this season. It’s a staple you can’t be without.

3. CLASSIC PENCIL SKIRTS
You may think of pencil skirts as solely office or dress attire, but think again. Pair it with bold leggings, a pair of mod boots, and top it off with a bold cardigan to turn classic into contemporary. Remember, print and textured pencil skirts are another way to get past the traditional look.
Tip: Don’t be afraid of the pencil skirt. It’s more versatile than you think.

4. FEMININE BLOUSES
Perfect for pencil skirts, wide-leg jeans and sweaters is the feminine blouse. We’re talking silk, floral, bow-blouse, chiffon, anything that is frilly, girly and fun. Like the pencil skirt, these blouses are not just for the office. And, they’re an excellent alternative to the tee when it comes to layering.
Tip: Wear one under a vest or over a long-sleeve tee for a stylish look.

Tip: New isn’t always better. Don’t overlook vintage stores when shopping for handbags.
